AGM & Important Information
Members of Chosen Hill FPRFC are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting.
This will take place on Thursday, 24th of June 2021 at 7.30pm at the Club.
Items relating to the future plans of the Club will be discussed and the meeting will be led by Dan Yeates.
Club Committee Positions
At the AGM, Committee positions are to be assigned.
The Club Captain is automatically a member of the Club Committee.
Other available positions are as follows:
1) Chairman
2) Vice Chairman
3) Treasurer
4) Assistant Treasurer
5) Secretary
6) Assistant Secretary
7) Fixtures & Combination Rep
8) Membership Secretary
9) General committee member A
10) General committee member B
11) General Committee Member C
If Committee Members and (fully paid, current) Club Members would like to put themselves forward for any of these positions, you must complete the document on the notice board at the Club by no later than 4pm, Tuesday 22nd of June 2021.
Voting for these positions will then take place at the AGM.
