A very even first half saw the two sides locked in a battle for territory and possession and half time arrived with the scores level at three a piece with Chosen’s points having come from a penalty goal from skipper Andy King.
The conditions in the second half deteriorated some what and the only score Chosen could manage was a try from young winger Ashley Lewis who kept up his try a match form with another fine effort.
Paignton ran in two late tries to seal victory and move themselves up to eleventh place in the table, just two places below Chosen who next week entertain second placed Chippenham at Brookfield Road.
