The COVID 19 problems have meant that we have had to cancel the 50th Anniversary Ball which was due to take place on Sat 13th June 2020, however we have now provisionally re-arranged the Ball for next summer - on Saturday 12th June.

We will have he same marquee, catering and entertainment (Tommy & The Fuse) as originally planned.

Hopefully, the 13 month break will allow the Ball to go ahead next summer but of course we will be guided by Government, RFU and Medical advice in this matter

For the Ball itself there will be a PIMMS & CANAPE Reception followed by a superb 3 course meal.

Live music will be provided by the highly rated and very popular TOMMY & THE FUSE.

There is a strict dress code for the Ball of "black tie" (dinner suit and bow tie) for the gents and "posh frocks" for the ladies.

Sponsorship opportunities will be available for this function and the likes of, the Table Decorations, Sets 1 and 2 of the Live Music, Bar Staff for the evening, Event Photography and Overnight Security can all be sponsored - once we are back open, talk to Sharon or any committee member about these opportunities.
