Chosen Hill Former Pupils Rugby Football Club (RFC) acknowledges its
responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all children and vulnerable adults
involved in Chosen Hill Former Pupils RFC from harm.
Everyone shares the responsibility for safeguarding and creating safe
environments in rugby union whether as a parent, coach, spectator or club
official.
All should operate within an accepted ethical framework and demonstrate exemplary behaviour to both safeguard children, vulnerable adults and protect all personnel from allegations of abuse or poor practice.
Children, who are under the age of 18, must be cared for in the correct manner, as set out in the Chosen Hill Former Pupils/RFU Safeguarding Children Policy.
DBS checks are a requirement for all our coaches, club staff and parent
volunteers to be compliant with the RFU Safeguarding policy which the Club
adheres to.
All players, coaches and volunteers are expected to follow the guidelines as
set by the RFU Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.
