A dank, dreary, dismal Saturday afternoon at Brookfield Road was brightened by a tight 'County Cup Final' encounter against local rivals Coney Hill. As the score suggests it was in the balance right up to the final whistle and was played with some skill and touches of top class rugby by both teams . With 2 tries apiece, stout defences made any score difficult to come by, and Chosen thought that they had snatched the game with a try in the last few minutes, only for the referee to be overruled by the touch judge who considered that the last pass was forward.
