Chosen had first use of the Brookfield Road slope but it took them 15 minutes to open the scoring after a fine break from winger Harrison Yorke set up his fellow winger Ed Higgs for an unconverted try wide out.
Chosen's second try came from centre Tom Darby who completed a flowing backs move to score near the posts with Number 10 Andy King adding the conversion.
A third Chosen try on the stroke of half-time, scored by winger Yorke and converted by King gave the home side a 19-0 half time lead.
It was 25 minutes into the second half before the next score, and this time it was Longlevens who took the points with a simple penalty goal for 19-3.
Chosen continued to push for the bonus point try and it finally arrived after 75 minutes when scrum-half Jon Wand was on hand to take a neat pass from Darby and sprint in near the posts for a try converted by King.
All in all, a tough match for Chosen who were pushed all the way by a fully committed Longlevens side.
Next week, Chosen play their final league match of 2019 when they travel to Old Richians for another local derby.
