Nine points down after fifty minutes, Chosen ran in four late tries including a brace from debutant Oladele Ayodele to record a comfortable victory.

Having missed out on playing last week due to the postponement of their match against Avon, Chosen returned to action against old rivals Barton Hill and, playing down the slope, opened the scoring after just five minutes when centre Steve Merrick charged over for a try converted by fly half Andy King.
Five minutes later Barton won a penalty line out ten metres out and their powerful pack crossed for their opening try which went unconverted, but they soon took the lead for the first time when Chosen second row Dean Barnard was yellow carded and the resultant penalty goal gave them a single point advantage.
On the half hour Chosen lost front rower Jamie Wilce to a knee injury and this signalled the arrival of Oladele Ayodele who, although normally a centre, made his first team debut by slotting in at prop.
Centre Josh Pettifer crossed for a try converted by King for a 14-8 Chosen lead but then with just minutes to half time they lost winger Ryan Rennebach and full back Tom Darby to the sin bin in quick succession, with Barton landing one of the two penalty goal attempts to narrow the interval gap to three points.
With the slope and slight wind now in their favour and Chosen still down to thirteen men, Barton ran in two quick tries, one of which was converted, to move into a 23 -14 lead but then Chosen, whose back line had looked in fine form throughout the match and with their second replacement Mike King also now on in the back row, started their come back.
Ayodele, who was making his physical presence tell with a series of powerful runs, charged into the Barton twenty two and to the delight of the travelling supporters produced a wonderfully executed chip over the Barton defence which he caught on the full before diving over near the posts for a try converted by King.
On sixty minutes Chosen winger Ed Higgs who had caused the Barton defence problems all afternoon, crossed for the bonus point try but King missed the conversion however Chosen now had a three point lead and they soon extended it when hooker Rob Panting stormed over for a try converted by King.
With injury time approaching Chosen scored their sixth try when Ayodele finished off a flowing attack by barging through several attempted tackles to cross near the posts with King adding the extras to seal what in the end was a comfortable victory.
Next Saturday Chosen will be playing their re-arranged Home match against Avon.
